I'm waiting for gift card promo. I missed it last year, damn it. Buy 100 bucks and get $20.00 bonus card. If any of you hear about it, please post it on RS.

i think it either happened last week or is still on-going? i know i saw a flyer advertising it (GC promo that is)

i just hate that they are such sticklers now on using them together, or with any other deal. I dont even really feel like buying them and getting the extra $40, since you've gotta spend them seperately i'll be basically tossing down another 80-150 just to use them. Hell even wool socks are like $25-30

fliptuner 11-20-2015 03:26 PM

Service and warranty has gone down since Canadian Tire bought them.

Thanks!

I found out that if you have a bigger order than 50 dollars, it's best to sign up for the email and get 10% off your order.

Not to mention Marks has 20% most helly hansen work gear, so if you need new rain gear, the 20% family/friends stacks on it.

Awesome deals.

nvm...STP and shipping rates suck.

Hondaracer 11-21-2015 10:10 AM

shipping is no good? fuck.. prices are pretty good with all those stacks

better off buying in store then or what

Was referring to sierra trading post lol. - They have great deals, but shipping and some items only to States (so PO BOX), kind of kills it.

But Marks has free shipping over 50bucks. I checked the items I wanted first at the marks that had the HH stuff, then went back home, stacked them.

Unfortunately, you couldn't add the 10 off 50 coupon, but the 10% email sign up was a better one anyways.

Got the AR400 HH rain gear (jacket and bib) for about 220 before tax. A steal IMO. Plus other sales such as T-Max hoodies make some items a fantastic deal.

Hondaracer 11-21-2015 05:03 PM

got the Carhartt Thermal lined hoodie and the double kneed dungarees for $160 taxes in, pretty sweet

Was at the Coquitlam Cora's this afternoon picking up gift cards. Fuck, traffic in Poco sucks ass. Anyway, purchase $25.00 gift card and get $10.00 gift card for free. I got a few for friends and myself, lol. Wasn't sure how good the food was so checked out their menu. Pretty good stuff. Anyway, driving to the Coquitlam location is something I wouldn't do, but they are opening up locations near Metrotown and Robson Street. Pretty good deal for decent food. Not sure how long the promo is going on for.

fliptuner 12-06-2015 05:44 PM

How long is the promotion?

MG1 12-06-2015 05:56 PM

My guess would be another week?

fliptuner 12-06-2015 05:58 PM

Thanks. Food there is good. Mushroom and brie, eggs benny ftw!!!!

MG1 12-06-2015 06:33 PM

Yeah, it looked like really good white man food.

BTW, I just got home and looked at the Promo card. Like the Mark's card of old, the card is only valid from January 4th to March 31st. The gift card itself has no expiry date. No care, since, I plan on going to this place more often.

Gumby 12-06-2015 08:32 PM

Today, I went to the McD's near YVR airport. Bought a $25 gift card (it was lower in previous years) and received a coupon for a free big mac or mcchicken.

In addition, there are specially marked gift cards that have a unique code. Using the code, you complete a short survey and they will add an extra $5 to your gift card. Offer is open to the first 5,000 eligible respondents.

That is a pretty good deal.
For White Spot you have to buy a $50 GC to get $10 free.
Apparently they have a location in Steveston.
Their menu looks decent. I think I am going to have to buy myself a GC

Just looked at their hours and only open for breakfast and late lunch.

M-F 6am-3pm
Sat 6am-4pm
Sun 7am-4pm

und3f3at3d 12-08-2015 03:58 PM

^^avoid the Cora's on steveston in Ironwood. That place has horrible quality of food. Totally different standards from the other ones.

edit: To share my experience, I ordered a burger with a patty that was like 1cm thick and it tasted like the one that they made in my high school cafeteria. My co-worker found a hair in her soup also lol

racerman88 12-08-2015 04:07 PM

Duly noted.
Guess I will wait for the new locations to open

Mr.HappySilp 12-08-2015 05:52 PM

If anyone's in the market for jackets/outerwear, etc. Altitude Sports has a 25% gift card bonus free when you spend $100, $200, or $400. They have some pretty aggressive sales right now, and if you have a membership, you save an extra 5% on top of everything.

Coupons & Discount Codes

It says "2 days only", so I'm not sure if today is the first or second day.

Just placed an order. Got just over $400 worth of stuff which was on sale, stacked with my membership discount, down to about $200, and got a free $50 gift card on top.

:fullofwin: :ahwow:
