I'm interested in how this turned out; it's been 5 months now since I went to ICBC on Cambie St to have the car inspected. This was after I snapped "before & after" photos of the car and damages.

I parked the car, snapped a pic with car in front of me (just in case because it was pretty tight), came back in 2 hours noticing damage and another car parked, snapped another pic.

I gave ICBC the details about location, time, date, photos, EVERYTHING they asked for. It's pretty clear there are only 2 suspects; inspector promised to send them a letter to bring the car in for inspection, NOTHING happened NO NEWS, zero.

ICBC is such a JOKE I'm telling you, a bunch of CLOWNS. If anyone knows a superintendent I could talk to and/or how to make a formal complaint, it would be appreciated. Please PM me.

Did you follow-up with ICBC? Did you contact your claims agent?

ICBC always delay the cases. I still have 2 complains filed more than a year ago and they have not followed up on it. They still owe money to me as well. I wish there is a place everyone can make complains about it and the matter will actually be heard and actions will be taken. Dealing with a monopoly insurance agent is not easy...

post pics and I can give you my opinion. (I work for a large bodyshop and routinely give my opinion on ICBC Hit & Run claims) FWIW
