Any chance you will be carrying Blackfire line of products?

911fanatic 03-31-2012 09:24 PM

I will probably get All Finish Paint Protection, All Metal Sealant, and the new Spray Sealant. The other stuff in the line is over priced and just not worth the money. I may test a few more of the newer items as well.

Ken, when I click on the link, it shows that the store is now closed.

If only you posted this 2 days earlier... just bought a PC 7424xp off amazon :(

I'm sure I can pick some pads and stuff up from you though and maybe you can show me how to use the pads? :D

blackgn 04-02-2012 03:09 PM

Awesome! Will be dropping by soon to pick up some stuff. Haven't been out to your shop since your "open shop day" a couple years ago.

Btw, is there some toll I'll need to pay to get out to Maple Ridge now? I'm in Vancouver and on google maps it says I'll need to travel on Lougheed Hwy/BC-7 E (Partial toll road).

If you come across the new Golden Ears Bridge from Langley side, there is a $4 toll. Shouldn't be one if you come out No1 / Lougheed. :)

Any update on the kits?
Or if someone can put together a recommend list?

Thanks

911fanatic 04-20-2012 12:01 PM

Been trying to get it done. Had to wait for some wash mitts of all things, to come in. I'll get something up today or tomorrow for you. It was a basic wash/dry kit you wanted?

akira112 04-20-2012 12:54 PM

Yup, some like what's offered here, I'm starting from scratch/nothing.

Adam's Basic Wash & Wax Kit

And something for wheels/tires would be great.

Recon604 04-20-2012 07:28 PM

yes, please have something up as soon as possible! I will be interested into a kit like akira112's as well!

911fanatic 04-22-2012 10:06 AM

Will be doing the kits tomorrow for you guys. Am thinking a very basic wash kit, an advanced wash kit, basic wash and wax and advanced wash and wax. Do you want different options for soap?

not really, just something tat is light, smooth, removes dirt and gets the job done!

I don't have any kits together yet but count on 10% off if you pick your stuff at the shop to start with. :)

Do you sell anything that will remove minor scratches on car windows?

Sorry bud. No polishes for glass. Just cleaners.

911fanatic 04-23-2012 07:23 PM

Here is what I have put together. Let me know what you think. And yes, the pics will look a bit better for the website!

Our basic package includes a grit guard, mitt, soap, plush drying towel, tire dressing and applicator.

The basic protection kit includes the above with the addition of clay, clay lube, Werkstat Acrylic Jett Trigger and two of our plush towels.

If these seem to be what you are looking for, I'll get these priced out and onto the site.

akira112 04-23-2012 09:29 PM

how about wax?

You are the first guy ever to actually ask for a wax! Most guys prefer sealants for their ease of use. Acrylic Jett leaves a warm finish like a nuba versus a bright finish usually associated with sealants. I'll see if the website will allow me to offer a few options for the LSP.Any wax in particular you were wanting?

Carnauba Jett is a wax, Acrylic Jett is a sealant.

Please include instructions with use? :ahwow:
Sealant/Wax, whatever it is and I'll need to get reading online!

akira112 04-24-2012 10:18 AM

The second kit looks great!

So other things I'll need to add to the kit is perhaps a wheel brush/cleaner and somewhere to source a bucket that fits the gritguard?

I was going to include a wheel brush but there are so many different applications that it would be impossible to have one brush to work for everyone. Home Depot is the cheapest place for buckets. They sell them for less than I can buy them for.
