Hiring: Blitz Junk Removal - Truck team member Blitz Disposal Inc. Going to give RS members first crack at this opportunity before it goes on craigslist. We are currently looking for the correct candidate to join our Richmond based team. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are hardworking, energetic, well organized, reliable, and the ability to be a team player. The right candidate will be trained in proper lifting techniques in removing unwanted furniture/household items and construction waste. Also we will provide chances to be trained in roll-on and roll-off dumpsters. Candidates will also: Be able to lift 50lbs Have steel toe shoes Be committed to high level of service Enjoy labour work and outdoor environments Have flexible hours Possess valid class 5 driver’s licence or “N” Must have own reliable transportation to get to our office to start work. This position is great for students who want to work outside this summer! General Information Our work environment changes hourly, we remove items from office buildings, high end condos, construction sites, family homes, hoarding houses, to old garages. We work rain or shine Start date: Immediate, shift availability from Wednesday to Sunday Hours: 25-40 hours per week Company hours of operation are from 8am-6pm 7 days a week. However majority of our start times are at 9:30am-10:00am Wage: $12.00/hr (Training period), $15.00/hr after completion of 120hrs, $17.00hr for roll off.
