Unfortunately, my apartment can only allow 1 car per tenant, so I have to give up on my baby and keep my other vehicle. Kept it stock with minor upgrades, this is probably one of the cleanest Koukis around in the lower mainland.

- 1998 Nissan 240sx
- LE model, incl. leather seats, power windows, power sunroof, and sideskirts
- Clean title, NO rust
- KA24DE engine 220,000 KMs, all highway driven
- Original 5 speed manual transmission
- Aircared until September 2012

Exterior:
- Painted Porche's Slate Grey color back in 2004. All door jams and plastics were removed to ensure the paintjob was spotless.
- 8000K HID Headlights
- OEM Foglights
- S14 USDM spoiler

Interior:
- Leather tan seats
- OEM CD Double Din Deck (Very rare to find nowadays)
- Subwoofer in trunk

Suspension:
- KYB AGX struts and springs
- 17 inch wheels (Unknown offset and width)

Engine:
- Replaced intake cone, otherwise completely STOCK under the hood.
- Fluid changes in the last 2000 KMs. Catalytic convertor changed 2 years ago Passes aircare.
- NO leaks

CONS:
Engine light on, code P0400 - EGR Valve. It's not a big issue.
Accidentally bumped into my pillar when reverse parking out of my stall. Blemish/Crack on the passsenger side rear bumper. EASILY Fixable.
Rock chips from Highway driving on front bumper. EASILY Fixable.
