HIRING: Urgently Needed - Full Time Office Administrator

Our current office administrator is leaving the office within the week due to personal reasons... Being a small office, she was the only person that dealt with the accounts, payroll, and other administrative duties.

Engineering and Machinery Systems Inc. is a company founded in the 60s to provide our clients with well engineered, well built material handling systems (read: conveyor systems) for mines across the world. More recently, we have been biting into the expanding real estate sector of the Vancouver housing market by providing

We are located in the Tilbury Industrial Park in Delta, halfway between Alex Fraser and Massey Tunnel.

You will be working in a casual office surrounding with 5 other offiice employees and 10 shop employees. The ideal candidate will need to be confident operating Simply Accounting, MS Excel, and MS Word in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Experience with Payroll is a required, and experience with the ADP Payroll system is a definite plus.

Due to the nature of the business, this position can at times, be extremely demanding and fast paced. You will need to know how to prioritize, multi-task, and be effective in a small office.
