i guess it is an R1 becuz of the redline, n btw his speedo is obviously broken, n no he was only passing cars at 160 max he maybe hit 240 once at that empty section
The mom is responsible for those penalties just because she is the owner of the bike? I don't like that.

For the sake of argument, what if someone stole a motorcycle and proceeded to ride like that. If they can't prove who was riding it, is the owner responsible for the penalties?

You wouldn't have reported it stolen? Someone heists your bike and you just shrug it off?

Wow, they're right on top of things... they already have the bike, they know who owns it, and they have a really good idea of who the actual rider was.
