um, maybe google it and then try yourself, saves you money and you only have to spend money on the alignment.
but if you really dont want to im sure any of the shops listed above or rs sponsers would be happy to do it for a price.

Or maybe ask the forum if someone can help you and that way you make a new friend, costs less, and you get to do it hands on and maybe learn so you know how to do it next time :thumbs:

Just remember, you get what you pay for by having someone else work on your car.

Which is why I've invested the time in learning how to do things myself, it's a personal choice, but I can tell you that my family and I have probably saved hundreds on labour by having me do the work.

If the average shop rate is $90/hour, I would think this is a reasonable price considering that it probably does take around 2 hours for the work you need.

Yodamaster - while I think DIY is great and can save you a lot of money, you definitely need the tools, the space (a proper garage), and lots of patience and time. I haven't done suspension work, but other DIY projects I've done in the past have sometimes taken me twice or three times the amount of time that an experienced mechanic would. Plus, you probably need another car on hand in case something else break during your repair (which always happens) and a computer handy in your garage so you can troubleshoot other problems which come up along the way. As you get older, time becomes more valuable and some people simply can't afford to spend a weekend crawling underneath a car.

i recently installed springs on my e90 a few days ago myself with a couple of friends.

cause we were all car noobs, took us quite a while (probably 8+ hours in total :lol) and to me it was pretty hard work. but in the end it was worth it, i learned a lot more about how my car and its suspension work.

so maybe try going online and find some guides to do it yourself. have a lot of patience, find some willing friends and get to work!

i believe if you're passionate about cars then you should try and learn as much as your car as possible instead of getting shops to do everything for you.

^ If you've got a relatively new car things tend to go more smoothly
less likelihood of seized/snapping bolts etc. when I did my miata one of the lower control arm bolts seized rendering the car useless until I picked up a new bolt, not a big deal since it's not my only car but these kinda hiccups do occur. either way DIY is definitely a good learning experience

i did my springs in a couple hours. air tools help.

Probably a good idea to find the cheapest place to throw some springs on your car and change all the suspension geometry and then not give a fuck about getting it aligned or anything.

if you care about your tires, you should get an alignment

I've come to realize most of the time inexpensive = bad quality, expensive = maybe good quality.
