Headlight problems

I have a 2001 Honda odyssey and there seems to be something wrong with the headlights. I have no headlights or drl, only high beam. I change the bulbs and still nothing. I check both fuses for the headlights, drl fuse as well and they are ok. is it possible to have a connector or a wiring to the connector problem? I see that they have relays as well in the fuse box, could it possible to be both relays?
