i have some questions, since it seems like nobody is asking any besides Dino. this is from a professional perspective and differs slightly from the evaluation i'm used to doing on poop, etc.
What is the amount, color and consistency of the first nut you bust after 30 days?
How long did it take?
Is it (amount/time wise) within the norm for you or more/less than you remember?
What does it smell like?
If busting with a chick, ask her how it tastes. (Hope you eat generally clean.)
What is your diet generally like? More protein or more fruits/veggies?
What was your fapping frequency prior "no fap may"?
Do you have any history of obstruction, STI's or bladder infections?
Do you or have you in the past, experienced any pain while finishing? (Pain is subjective so can be physically or emotionally. If you have cried, that also counts.)
Any medications you take that could contribute to your sex drive?
What is your exercise regimen?
Roughly, how much would you say your fluid intake is per day?
How hard was it for you mentally to tell yourself everyday not to fap?
How do you feel after 30 days of no fapping? Accomplished? or clouded by the urgency to get it done?
Do you generally find it more satisfying to fap during the day or night?
Would you consider doing it for a longer period of time in the future? Say 2 months, break then increase?
