i havnt tried the game out yet, but trailer n previews mention how other gamers can join ur game without u knowing n mess with u, so i hope it doesnt mean someone can fuk u up during like the middle of a mission causing u to retry which would be pretty stupid

I love that the maps are soooooo similar to the map of chicago. its like im there all over again. Its probably one of my most favorite cities in the world.

damn.... these new AMD drivers released today didn't do shit, actually made my FPS worse, I was better off with old driver and crossfire disabled, then the lowest I touch is 40fps no matter what I'm doing, now with new drivers and Crossfire enabled standing in one spot not moving is fine, but soon as I start running and even worse when I drive a car drops down to 30fps with major stuttering and it stays there while I'm driving.... when I get out the car stand for a few seconds FPS pops back up to over a 100fps

so game got delayed 6 months still unfinished I guess... I had performance issues with AC Black Flag as well, I'm not surprised at Ubisoft

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS GAME! I GOT SO SIDE TRACKED ON A SIDE MISSION LOL. The side missions can take up to an hour long each, which I love! So much gameplay and thought went into this game its unreal. Decided im gonna play though with as little side missions as possible, its hard to avoid them tho, then try to complete after.

I swore off AMD cards from their shitty lack of updates.

This. The heat and power draw I can deal with, but not the crap driver updates.

The comparison is true.

WD had a 7 month delay and they have shit all to show for it. I can't even begin to imagine just how bad the game was last year before they decided to delay it.

I don't know, to me the game is not about the "car effects". I find it more playable than GTAV personally. I got bored of GTA games really fast, anything after GTA Vice City, just seemed like too much effort even though I have all of them. There's a lot of stuff to do, but it doesn't really add to the storyline I felt. It's just random.

So far everything in this game, all side jobs and missions seem relevant to the main story line. I'm not much of a graphics junkie, I play games more for the storyline and length than anything. This seems to fit the bill.

i understand why you'd want shadows against headlights/real time reflection...and the lack of damage model on cars is disappointing

but really...is water going through your car and poor suspension physics really going to ruin your experience in a sandbox game? It's not a driving simulator

Like I said from approximately day 1, people had their expectations WAAAAAAAAY too high for this game, and for "next gen" games in general.

shit happens , either deal with it or move on to the next game.

I never expect a shit load when i play games.

The true next gen graphics games won't really start to come out until $200 GPUs are as powerful as current $1000 models. And then it will only happen on PC... PS4 and XBOne are only going to look as good as current games, except first party titles that start to take shortcuts (lower res upscaled, 30 FPS lock, etc).
