Closer familial ties, I'm guessing. Asian women typically act far classier than white chicks.

Cheating for white people is just typical behavior, as morality is a bad joke to modern whites

Why engage in public shaming though? These people are role models to only a few, limited to the respect of the people in the circles of their family and friends. They would've enjoyed relative anonymity had this video not been discussed on a radio station. Now these people have their private shame made public.

I'm not saying what they did was right, but I am saying that it was inappropriate to have a radio station take a family matter and treat it as if it were newsworthy.

RedFM is pathetic for allowing it on the air. Are they that desperate for listeners?

Now the story isn't about the cheating/viral video itself, but how "newsworthy" its become.

RedFM is engaging in the same type of media circlejerk that keeps the Kardashians famous.

:fuckthatshit:

My guess is the older generation believes that public shaming will keep people behaving with some standards.

They don't know it just makes people more famous and liked.

Then why can't you tell us why this is a big deal?

Seriously? RADIO? Because some skanks decided to skank? Geez...

I would assume some of this is because there is such an imbalance between the number of boys and girls born?

StylinRed 06-06-2012 07:56 PM

all races cheat some cultures just know how to keep it on dl better than others which is really due to how acceptable the issue is in the public

some areas actually make it illegal to cheat so there's an even greater demand for keeping it hush hush and in places like india it can get you killed

From what I have seen growing up in Asia and visiting various Asian countries as an adult, it's probably more prevalent than western society when you compare the upper echelon in Asia to the upper echelon here.

I remember the NJ Nets Owner (Mikhail Prokhorov) having being caught having high class escorts flown into Europe. I believe this was for his potential business associates. When North American media found out about this, he just shrugged it off as if it was no big deal, and that this is how business is done in that part of the world.

If it's not a big deal to you, why do you feel the need to continue on posting in this thread making an issue out of something. Whether something is a "Big deal" or not is a personal opinion sort of thing. What is a big deal to you may not be to someone else and vice versa. Why are you on this mission to prove out that this is not a big deal! Okay it's not a big deal! Move on!

I don't understand, a thread that now has 83+ posts in it is obviously a big enough deal for people to:

- sit and ask for more details
- talk about prevalent cultural differences in cheating
- and argue about whether it is a big deal or not.

Obviously this story has created enough attention for us to post in this thread whether it's stupid or not. If the story is dumb and shouldn't be paid attention to, you're just as dumb for even wasting your time commenting on it. I just don't understand the need to PROVE whether it's a big deal to you or not lol.

You see the title, it's called "Keeping up with the Dhaliwals." Obviously it has something to do with Punjabi's. Obviously Punjabi's will understand it more than non-Punjabi's. And apparently there are Punjabi's on this forum and funny enough, non-Punjabi's who are stirring conversation regarding the overall topic behind this video. So chill out....

Cue the "oh you mayud bro memes."

I don't know about that one. Scandalous bitches come in all shapes, sizes, colors, and creeds. A guy in Somalia would get this concept as easy as a guy in Berlin, as easy as a guy in Korea, because easy pussy is global.

Have you ever considered that because you have surrounded yourself with sluts, drug addicts, and lowlifes for so long, that your views of society are jaded?

Sleep with the dogs, and you get the fleas.

i'm guessing because there's no clear back story of what's going on even though people hint that they know what's going on, and won't 'clear the air'. i feel like this is turning in to the captain happy bubble thread.

Because now I want to know why this is such a big deal. I want to understand why on earth something that just happens all the time is significant enough to cause a big stir. Why does it matter to other people (outside of their families) that skanks are gonna skank if they're not celebrities?

And I read just about everything on RS. Part of our mod responsibilities.

O.K since I have dated a E.I. chick before and have plenty of brown friends,I will tell you the best I can.

The E.I. community is a very male dominated society,if a wife/girlfriend is caught cheating,it's the highest form of disrespect he can recieve, once word gets out of what happened,he is instantly not labeled as a man anymore,he is considered to be lower than a dog in terms of status. There are times when it gets so bad due to being publically shamed, the man has no choice but to perform a honour killing to gain his respect back from the community, but only in the most extreme cases.

For a white man,it's like being caught redhanded in bed having sex with your sister. Now can you imagine how bad that is.

Acura604 06-07-2012 11:19 AM

anyone got a link to the working video? some bogus copyright notice now on original posting.

although i've already watched it... all i can say is if my wife hired a PI to follow me around, i woulda been divorced years ago.

I'd imagine its just as bad as any other race being caught in bed with their sibling...

....or is this somehow okay in some cultures?

It was just a joke I threw in for shits & giggles.

But who knows, maybe in some cultures it's O.K to fuck your sister,I know for a fact in some cultures it's perfectly fine to marry a family member.

Oh thanks for pointing out that you're a mod. . . . . . . . . . .

A handful of other mods have managed to post in this thread without going on a a mission to prove that the topic is insignificant. You even went as far as to claim you were going to shut down the thread if you don't have someone explain to you why you should care about the issue/topic...

Not to mention, there are 8 OTHER moderators that take care of Vancouver Off-Topic section that have managed to browse through this thread, read it, and not have an issue with it. At least not vocally...No one's saying don't read through the threads, but it would probably be a little more efficient if you didn't go on a trip saying "I don't care about this topic"; "going to close the thread by the end of the night" unless someone can convince you to keep it open...I was under the impression that each forum section and sub-section has it's own mods. You're a mod of a few buy/sell sections lol. Why would 8 other, very active forum mods need yet another person to help them moderate one section LOL.

Husband had nothing to do with the video or the PI....The PI and the original video was posted by an enemy of one of the girls....

Another mod even had to come in here and publicly go against Ronin's wishes to close this thread, LOL!!

I dont see anything wrong with this thread so please stop it with the "I dont care" crap. Dont click then. Anymore arguing and warning points/maybe even bans will be dished out.

This thread isn't about the mods, its about the Dhaliwals. Lets keep it on topic

That is where you would be wrong. Not going to explain how the moderator structure works around here but my mod powers work everywhere. REVscene is not a democracy.

I was going to shut this down because it was a video of locals and no one would explain why it was up there.
