Help with trojan removal

Yesterday, I made the mistake on clicking on one of those fake antivirus popups (it looked like the microsoft antivirus program). Anyways, it shut down my microsoft security essentials and my internet was super slow. I finally managed to reinstall microsoft security essentials, and it detected Trojan:win32/Sirefef, Trojan:win32/Sirefef.AL, and Trojan:win32/Sirefef.AG. Even after removal, it keeps detecting it every 5 minutes and my internet is still slow. Any idea on how to remove this? I did a quick google search, but the instructions I found didn't work. It is a work computer so I only has microsoft security essentials installed. Thanks!

Download Malware Bytes Anti-Malware... do Trend Micro Housecall...

Um. Google for more specific instructions?

Trend Micro didn't work, but Malware Bytes seems to have removed it *knock on wood* thanks!

I would boot into windows safe-mode with networking, upgrade malware bytes again and run a full scan again. Just to be on the safe side.

The software I use at work to fix this is: Combofix in safe mode, then MBAM in normal mode, then Combofix again in normal mode. A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix

login to a different account then run your chosen trojan removal tool.
