Can't get stripped screw off my yamaha bws

So, trying to take off this plastic cover off my bws's engine and these damn screws are in the way. Pretty much stripped them so I bought the grabit extractors from CT, sprayed some liquid wrench. The extractor gripped but then the grip broke off cause it just wouldnt budge lol. Now theres a hole in the screws.. Filled them up with jbweld to try again but looking for other suggestions.

Tried to vise-grip them off but no luck either, very little room.

Drill and retap the hole. I had to do that with my super dio

thats the only thing you can do. if the retapping fails, go use a bigger screw

He meant drill out the screw completely and use a bigger replacement screw afterwards.
