any body know how many kms it take to break in a 2012 250 ninja??

wouldnt worry about it, just rip it up for the first few hundred km. after that you can ride more conservatively as your pistons should be well sealed by then

My friend's ZX6R was 1000kms for 1st stage break in (Under 6000rpms?) , then 2nd stage break in until 4000kms (10000rpms)

After that i think he was pretty much done.
