Used coils, or new ones?

Debating whether or not I should buy these coils... There's a set of Tein Monoflex on sale that's been used for 2 years on a track car, for ~$1500 installed. I've been searching everywhere and haven't really been able to find how long these coils will last. I'm trying to decide whether I should buy these ones, or new KW V1's which cost ~$1700 installed. I will be tracking my car later, but not very often and only for fun. Most of the time I will be driving my car in the city, and if I get the Tein Monoflex coils I will probably be running them on full soft until I hit the track lol.

Opinions? I am leaning a bit towards the Tein Monoflex because of the price and performance, but if they don't last very long I would rather spend that extra $200 to get the KW's with the lifetime warranty

since it has been beaten for 2 years on a track car, I'll probably grab the new ones

If the warranty is transferable go used for sure, but why not look for used kws. I haven't heard many great things about tein all that often. I saved about 600+ by getting used coils in the past.

I would personally go with new ones, especially the KW setup. Having new ones give you the peace of mind where you have a new product and during install, the product is (assumed) to have no defects. You do it once and do it right.

Having said that, I'm a impartial to Teins but that in itself is a different discussion on its own. Especially used.

go with the new ones
