A Product Exchange Plan does not entitle you to a new phone when you decide you want to switch over. It simply means, that WHEN the product is defective, they won't repair the phone, they'll simply give you a new one. And I use the term "simply" in the lightest possible sense because I'm sure they'll try have a 100 reasons why an exchange isn't warranted.
LOL...I find it so amusing when consumers like you and your girlfriend go on a raging rampage over something that YOU don't understand. How does a Product Exchange Plan (PEP) work? - Best Buy Canada
Do a little research into what you are buying next time rather than blindly buying something without understand how it works. It's people like you that end up getting suckered into these plans.
Also, Gomsce, in 3 years, you will end up spending over $500 on this warranty. For that much money, you could buy a new phone. |
