Let us know when you get it installed. I'm curious how it'd sound compared to my Remus system.

I didn't even know they made Strömung exhausts still. My friends and I all had one for our various cars before, I just remember that they sounded great but were damn loud! EleGiggle It was loudest in my friend's 240SX, he said he was going to install a resonator in to quieten it down. After a few weeks I was riding in his car and asked him when he was going to install the resonator, embarrassed, he replied "it's already in" :rukidding: FailFish

Picked up a little theft tracker for the MG and the Grom. Steal my shit and I will come find you.. You dont want to know whats going to happen next..

They're currently on a 50% off Mail in Rebate. You can pick them up at London Drugs.
$150/yr for subscription but IMO its worth it.. I'd rather get my car back as soon as possible before it gets written off and ICBC starts lowballing me.

$150/yr is cheap insurance, be sure to let us know how well it tracks.

Got some new Nokian Hakkapeliitta 9 tires on my Sierra this afternoon. On the way to get them, it tried to snow. Glad it turned into rain.
I’m ready for winter! But not ready for it to be winter! Still have insurance on my car. Have some boosting to do! Haha

underscore 10-15-2017 07:35 AM

^ Do you want to borrow the studded Hankooks I got for my GTS? Haha

pintoBC_3sgte 10-15-2017 10:19 AM

Haha I still have my Dunlop winter sports for the celica when I used to daily her when I lived in van. If I ever wanted to drive it in the snow lol

Update: The wheels arrived in a week, and they're even cleaner in person. It's almost as if the car they were last on was barely driven.

Did you order those online?

Yes, they're a used set so I didn't pick the specs, but at 650CAD+shipping for a multi-piece wheel, it was a hell of a deal considering the price and the minimum defects (minor lip scratches, a "Designed by WEDS" sticker deformed, and light peeling on the center caps).

If you're very careful about inspecting pictures on UpGarage, there's a ton of expensive wheel sets (TE37, Advan, etc.) for cheap that have minor damage from use.

How did you get access to the catalog at Up Garage? I looked on their website and only found links to their shops

It's run through another site, but it's 100% UpGarage's property.

EDIT: Here's an example of a find for you guys with late 90's, early 00's cars. $450 set of Volk GT-P. Needs some work, but these can easily be double the price after shipping.

Had an old canon sd400 4mp digital camera lying around so I hooked it up to my go pro suction attachment. Assuming the suction is mounted on a clean surface, I’m guessing it can hang on tough at high speeds ? Just did a short low speed circle.

underscore 10-30-2017 07:56 AM

I've had my GoPro on the windshield at highway speeds and it was fine, being loaded from the side might be harder on it but it should be okay. Definitely run a safety strap unless you're okay with it going flying though.

Came out amazing! I will be testing it at the road course next year to see how well it draws the hot air from the engine bay. This is the only after market hood for the 2015+ Mustang that has been wind tunnel tested

320icar 11-10-2017 05:11 AM

I love how people paint CF hoods now. Makes the car look so much better in most cases

yray 11-10-2017 07:54 AM

how does that stop water going into the engine bay
