Mysterious 12-digit phone number?
 

I don't know whether or not this happens to you guys, but recently for the past couple years I've been getting this strange twelve digit phone number that repeatedly calls my phone for a few seconds every other day. I try to pick up to answer, but when I do, the line is dropped; I have also tried to call the number back, only to hear that the number doesn't exist. :suspicious:

This strange thing has been going on over the past couple years, and since then I have switched my phone and my carrier about a year ago; it's been happening on my old phone and my current one.

The number is 919 781 091221 - I've tried doing some research but I came up with nothing. Anybody know what this is?
