I haven't been in RS for years.! Is there a meet happening this Sunday?

yup, as always sunday meets are on! i would aim to arrive at 8PM as that's when most people show up.

Us responsible folks and longtime members aren't afraid of police presence anyway. We don't do stupid shit that attracts attention.

i feel like there should be a minimum post count to be able to view social meets, the same way there is for members journals. at least it weeds out the guests and lurkers on the site going to these meets and ruining them.

the majority of the people who go to this meet are not even on RS..

it was a vancouver civics meet years ago

in order to prevent those types of people from finding out about various meets. not just sunday.
rs is a bigchannel for ANYONE to just find meets.
im not saying it would stop, but i think it would help.

having a minimum post count at least means that people are filtered thru RS to eliminate trolls
or people with 3 posts trying to set up meets.
