Pre-recorded? No. Easy to mix with CDJs? Yes. There are plenty of times you can hear the DJ screw up. They dance around in-between songs because they have nothing better to do while waiting for the song to end.

theres a difference between pre-recorded sets where you just press play and then there's mixing on-the-fly with cdjs and such

that's why big name djs don't usually record every show or set they play.
