compustar button II & III not working

i can unlock and lock car, as well as poll/check car using IV button, but when i press II or III i get a 3-4 short beeps?

i looked and found that it could be valet mode, so i tried I+III combo for valet but still get those same short beeps, and same for 2nd car mode.

i cant see the screen on the remote as i have dropped remote a few times and screen doenst work.:ahwow:

remote is 2W9000fmr
any ideas

sounds like valet mode. i had the same symptoms and the same remote. try pressing valet again but make sure the doors are unlocked

The ignition does not have to be 'ON' to get it out of valet. You only need to do that when you want to put the car IN valet mode.
