emailing bcid over online

So I got a call for a new job from montreal. They asked me for a void check, a picture I'd. I was just wondering if it was safe for me to email my bcid over online to them. If it was a scam they wouldn't be able to get much with just my voidcheck and my I'd right?? Sorry for the stupid question. I try googling it but it seems like google wasn't giving me any right answer too.

By new job you mean they already offered you a position with a contract? I never have been asked for a void cheque until I got into the office and only after I have signed the contract. The picture ID was only for background check from a 3rd party company.

Cool, so that means I'm safe. Not sure but this is like my 2nd pt I got a call back. I already signed a 3 sheet paper which I also had to email back too. So I'm guessing I got hired already. Just waiting for them to email me back.

depends on the company, should be ok...

maybe take precautions and stamp VOID on your picture ID or something.. incase its a shady company, this way they wont use it for bad things...

Have you signed a contract, or a confirmation of employment, outlining your wage, work hours, and other job details? If so, you should be good to go.

If not, I would be asking why you are giving them those documents before the job has been 100% confirmed.

dont email ur void check,,those details are taken care off on ur first day @ work. just simply tell them u dont feel comfortable emailing and can provide when u r @ the location.
