So to clarify, the amp isn't getting any power?
Have you confirmed that your ground, power and remote connections are behaving as they should? Using a multimeter, verify that ground is connected, and power has 12+ volts flowing through it. The remote should have 12+volts, when the vehicle is ACC or ON. Have you ever powered on the amp before?

Yeah the amp isnt getting any power.
Ive used a voltmeter for the amp it pulled 12.3? Same goes to any other wire when the car is ACC and ON

On my friends 1998 Accors the Amp was powered. We also tested with another amp to check if that one " broke ? " but the other amp still didnt power.

Have you checked the amp fuse?

Yep still fine

So, when the car is on, you've checked the following connections at the amp:

1. Power wire has 12 volts
2. Remote wire has 12 volts
3. Ground wire is grounded.

and amp fuse is good, which you also confirmed with a multimeter.

Your amp is, probably, broken.

Would the wiring in the front with the adapater to stereo have to do with anythign?

It could be the remote wire. Maybe it's got a bad connection and not supplying enough current to the amp to turn it on. What happens if you just connect the power line to both the PWR and RMT connections on the amp? If the amp turns on, then it could be your remote line. Make sure there's no breaks in the connection, and also confirm that the PAC is grounded properly.

If you've metered the power and remote turn on wires I'm willing to bet its the ground. It looks pretty bad. Doesn't look like the ring terminal you used is crimped on properly nor does the sanding job look good either.

If that doesn't work, you might've already fried the amp due to the poor grounding job.

You're certain NONE of the lights turn on on the amp?

So I just came back from Sounds Good Audio they said the remote wire in the front where the adapator is suppose to be crossed with the red wire on the stereo, they got it to work

Not so strange that we figured it out as we come accross this kind of stuff all the time. Simple things can sometimes cause these types of problems and it just takes a little experience to figure it all out in a short period of time.

Strange how the instruction sheet didn't indicate anything and research from other sites and friends who've installed it ( DIY ) had no clue. But thanks to soundsgood

Just think of the money, time and headache you would have saved if you would have only used the BUILT-IN high level input on the amp too... It appears that you wouldn't have even needed to use a remote wire at the amp as well.

Least you got it going.. by bypassing the PAC audio remote turn on.
