How do we even know it's a Lambo?

Hot Karl 07-15-2012 09:23 PM

LiquidTurbo 07-15-2012 10:41 PM

If I had a Lambo I wouldn't care if someone spit on it. LOL. Spit washes off. I'd be more mad about bird poo. :fuckthatshit:

1, there has to be a back story to this, people dont just walk up to ur car and spit at ur car
2, s23union = ASR, which means most likely he knows the story to it, besides, he was the one that posted this video first in the blackvue thread

if someone spat on my car i'd get out and knock him the fuck out. its a matter of disrespect

parm104 07-16-2012 01:01 AM

Not a bad way to advertise your product lol. Have someone spit on a car while the camera's rolling and show the footage online.

StylinRed 07-16-2012 01:25 AM

best damage free way i suppose

That's why you don't go flossing your expensive ride on Granville or near Granville when the clubs are closing because you're asking for trouble. Drunk people do stupid things which they normally wouldn't do when sober.

This spitting reminds me of my friend who had his M3 kicked by some random guy last year near Granville. The guy was crossing the street with a bunch of his buddies, he looked at my friend and his girl, walked up to the passenger side door and kicked it a couple times for no apparent reason. My friend got out, walked up to the guy and smashed the guy in the face with his fist so hard that it knocked the guy out and fractured his jaw. My friend is now fighting assault charges so yah, keep your exotics and expensive rides away from Granville or risk some drunk idiot spitting or do something else.

reminds me of the taxi incident @ montreal. Alcohol plays a big role on hooligans and anything can happen. But i doubt the guy spitting the lambo was drunk in the 2 clips.

Probably more afraid of ruining his hair than anything else?

If someone spat on my car, I'd run him over.

If the cops ask me why I did it, I would just tell them " I was trying to dodge the spit".

Yeah bro, that would totally work. You're so smart. You should be president of Canada or something.

it can be assault if it is directed at a person. anything property related would be mischief, but it has to have caused damage. so no. no offence took place.

Hondaracer 07-16-2012 07:30 AM

It's a lose lose situation for the driver as Jah pointed out

2damaxmr2 07-16-2012 08:21 AM

We have no property right in the People's republic of Canuckistan.

Shitty. Lose-Lose situation.

What a pussy too; damage someone's property for no reason and presses charges for the consequence of his action.

trespass to chattels

the victim needs to prove that a loss/damage has occurred though

in canada, you cannot sue for mental suffering/anguish, so there's really no loss unless his spit melted the clearcoat and caused the car to engulf in flames.. :fullofwin:

Whoo-hoo, I still remember my BLAW s*it from 5 years ago

Canucki-stan: Stan is an ancient suffix that means the home or pace of the. So Canuckistan would translate to the home/place of the Canucks. something most Canadians would think is true.

Yup, pretty crappy for my friend because he's going through all this BS but most likely his assault charge will get stayed. And the same punk that got assaulted tried to sue my friend but failed.
