You sin would be used for verification of anything of that nature. It separates you from any other potential "Jeff89"'s out there. If its an active claim, and the letter is on the letterhead of the actual legal firm involved in the claim, then I see no issues. |
You have attorney client privilege so I wouldnt worry about giving him that kind of information. You really shouldn't have to lie or hide anything from your lawyer. The truth will allow him do his job better. |
