Ironman's suit is useless without the energy source. If anything, it has to be war machine.

So, the most useful item left is the One ring. It grants invisibility, eternal life, majority of Sauron's power and last, but not least, mind reading capability.

After some thought, probably toilet as I could use it to possibly work on creative ideas or use it to study and do better in school which would ultimately hopefully help in giving me a comfortable future. Iron Man suit would require some way to power it, such as a motor or fuel cell, which would likely be improbable when thinking of size for even simple flight, let alone throwing energy blasts or strength enhancing abilities. The pill has no indication as to what would happen if you took it on a time before your death.
