expedia.ca or look up separate flights through allegiant.com and then your hotel through somewhere else. Though last I checked the prices have gone up significantly.

Every year we book about 4-5 months in advance, some time in May-June. This year I booked in mid June and prices for hotel/flight packages were a bit higher than what I wanted. But overall a decent deal.
