lost violation ticket

My dog literally tore it apart. The only visible part is the ticket number itself.

Is there a proper way to look up the info and pay for it. If I call in the 1-800-950-1498 number and provide my driver's license # and the violation #, would I be able to pay?

Thanks!

Because I work during the day and don't have time just to try to see if it works.

pretty sure you would atleast have a break time to do so.

but anyways, you could just go icbc at metro or any other offices they will be able to tell you, your outstanding tickets.

yes you are able to. Or even step into a icbc licensing office and pay using your DL number and plate. I paid my gf's ticket once lol

Thanks! Managed to catch a breath this afternoon and called in. Had to wait 20 min! Guy said he doesn't have any ticket on file. Odd! Maybe I'll try again in a few days.

My friend is complete opposite. He racked up at least 2-3 violation tickets during his N years. Went to take his Class 5 road test...and expected to pay on the day of....but they told him there's no outstanding ticket under his name.

:ahwow:

Depends on how long ago you received your ticket. Sometimes the officers don't submit the tickets right away and just submit them in a batch so that's why it's not in the system yet.

There is often a backup at ticket processing that can lead to delays in the VT getting into the system.
