Question about excel and word I have this template in word (10 sections per sheet) where this field gets this figure by excel spreadsheet. This template has been setup to merge the field but I cant for the life of me figure out how to link/embed the excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet has lots of figures that when I print, it will use the template in word but print multiple pages with the different figures from the excel. How do I link/embed the excel spreadsheet into word to the figures are inputted in. Also, can I set it when I open word, to check for the latest updated excel sheet or is this done manually every time I update excel? Thanx |
not sure if this is what you want |
Didn't check the posted video. But try copying the section of the excel you want, use Paste As in word, paste link as embedded object. |
