I could think of a hundred better ways to spend an evening than walking around looking at iPhone cases and trying overpriced food covered in MSG.


Try the Quay Boardwalk in New Westminster, easily accessible by skytrain, lots of walking around in the sun, and plenty of places to just pick a place and pluck your ass down and make an afternoon out of it.

Anything active is fun. We walked stanley park seawall today.

Initially I thought I was above this activity and was hella lame because I thought, what the hell is so special about paddling around in a lake. But I took the wifey camping just this summer at Manning Park and just gave it try (because others in the party really really really wanted to, and so did the wife) and was so surprised how much fun I had when it was over.


Now I wanna try white water rafting.
