WTB: Socket Head Allen Bolt?? 4mm??

I'm not sure exactly what its called but I'm looking for bolts for my wheels.

it fits a 4mm hex key and has the marking OK A2-70 on top if it helps

thats the correct name. How many are you looking for? 4mm is pretty small. are they functional or decoration?

Pacific Fasteners should have them (near 1st ave. and Boundary)
