Help: JVC KD-R600 can't read ipod?
 

bought an 5th gen 30gb ipod video but for an odd reason my jvc deck cann't read it in "Ipod Mode" But it works perfectly in "head mode".

In "Ipod Mode" the deck reads the ipod, the ipod is charging, you can see the track and artist name on the deck change the songs etc, but there is no sound coming out. anyone got any idea why is that?

In "Head Mode" everything works perfectly fine.. just I can't scroll through playlist/music etc through the deck. I would have to disconnect the ipod and choose a playlist and reconnect, which is a pain in the butt.

Help would be much appreciated.

My ipod touch works with the deck.. but the video doesn't..

You could always bring it by one of our two locations so we can take a look at it for you. :)
