Places that buy used laptops

I have an old Dell XPS M1330 that I'd like to get rid of. There are sites like Laptop Buyer - We will buy your old laptop! Broken laptop, old laptop, any laptop - send it to us and we will give you cash! that buy used laptops. Does anyone here have experience with sites like this? Or are there local places that buy old used laptops?

The laptop isn't in the best condition. Its missing some keys and the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore so I just want to get rid of it.

Yup that's what I got as well. I'd be happy with that but was wondering if anyone here actually used services like that and how it went.

Well most of them are legitimate, they send you a box and you just put your laptop in it and send it back to them. When they get it, they'll pay you in the payment you selected.
