Brand new sealed copy of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim PS3

Got this game when it first came out as part of my PS3 package from EB (CsR said it might have a pre-ordered item included in it [cloth map] since I got it from the pre-ordered batch box but I can't tell since its still sealed so the word is MIGHT) ... I play it on PC so I don't really need this and it got lost in the shuffle until recently when I was clearing things out and found it again ...

$40 OBO or trades (Shoot me a reasonable offer) Pickup in Yaletown, surrounding area or even near a Canada Line station ... Can meet up in Richmond as well but not during weekdays as I work
