China Sim Card
 
Where can I purchase a China Sim Card locally? How much would it cost and how many minutes will I get? I only need airtime.

Unless you really need it right the plane touches down, there are countless shop in town selling for cheap.

I got mine for 500Y and it got so many minute and data that after 8 trips to China, it's still good.

I didnt even know they sold China sim cards locally......do they have a number tied to them??

never buy a China sim card locally, unless it can be activated and refilled right away.
many cases people buy a sim card, then it tells you the card has been expired.

He is thinking about pre-paid sim cards where there is a number already linked to the pre-paid package. Just need to activate it.

The one you thinking is just a physical sim card that you can do whatever you want with it (ie: pre-paid, M2M and contract)
