	        | Condo Parking Q. 1 car+1 bike in 1 stall ?

			Weird question
I only have 1 parking spot in my condo.. Can I park my car and park my bike in the same spot if it fits?
Thanks!

yea, i would imagine so as long as it doesnt block the path of anyone else
i believe you are paying for the space rather than paying for the privilege of 1 car parking spot.

I am parking a GSX-R and a car in 1 spot at the moment, park the bike in the back and back the car into it.

good to know. Hope my strata is not too strict. I saw postings to purchase parking stalls for $20,000+ . It would be pretty expensive to buy a bike and a stall for it |

Should be fine unless the strata laws for your condo explicitly state there can be only one vehicle parked in the spot.
I looked over the one for my condo, and it doesn't have anything to that effect.

Every strata will be different based on rules implemented due to complaints.
In my current building, I see people putting tires and boxes in their parking spot though it is a no no but the strata has yet to come down on those people.
There are also partial spots where support pillars are. Though they belong to no one, people in my building park their bikes in these spots and I have yet to see anyone getting towed or even a warning about parking there.
I guess if enough people complain, the strata may make a rule about it.

do the same with my bike and car, asked my building manager about it and he said there should be no problem and there's no point paying for another spot.

my building are not allowed for some bullshit fire regulation. but my building manager also said legally they cannot tow it if i park it within my spot so nothing much they can really do. i've been parking my scooter infront of my car for the last few years without any problem, so does another few car/bikes in the building

my strata does not allow it, but i am in good terms with my neighboring parking lot stalls, plus it also helps i have the corner spot with a space for my bike.

if your stall has the room for it then it shouldn't be a problem since its not affecting the two other stalls beside it, but like a few people have said its not a bad idea to make sure its okay with your building manager

seriously, tell your strata this is stupid, you can no longer afford a car, and decide to purchase a scooter + bike, if the law states 1 vehicle per stall, it's retarded to only put one scooter on one lot
go put a letter and challenge it.
