Need a detailer's opinion: Help identifying substance

So before the summer meet I spent a lot of time cut polishing and sealing, hopefully to keep my paint minty for a while.

But this crap I've been finding on my car is really getting to me. I'll clean it off, an hour or two later I'll find more of it, and I have no idea what it is.

Its hard to describe, its yellow/orange and always appears in small strips, probably 3-5cm long. The worst part is, its super hard to remove even after letting QD soak into it a bit. When it starts to break down, one wipe usually results in only removing small portions. Further wiping seems to cause it to turn into a powder/smaller bits?

Hoping someone here also has this problem or has encountered it before and can help me figure out what it is. Its getting tiresome having to clean it off everytime I drive my car.

Thanks

can't say I remember seeing that on my car, or clients.

But, why the hell is the rest of your car so dirty?

My car is only dirty because of the rain a couple days ago, the weather just hasnt been consistent enough for me to wash it again.

When its clean :sweetjesus:
