My Pats are playing awesome! Seventh straight win for Mac Jones and his team.

Yeah, it was blustery cold winds in Buffalo last night. -cold 20s Fahrenheit and windy weather.

It made total sense for the coaches to call running plays. There's no way the ball would be thrown accurately in that windy weather.

Of course! but 3 passes in a game is extreme, and hasn't been done since the 1940's

I hate games played in Buffalo, for obvious reasons

Pats are a great team but man are they boring to watch

Wheels are coming off because they lose 2 more starters, including Lamar, and their #2 CB (who would normally be on a practice squad if that) broke his finger. Not because of the score - that was a great game and an amazing effort by Snoop, Mandrews, and Bateman. Came within 1 play of winning at the end

Not mad at this loss, the rest of the season is going to be losses most likely. I don't know if there's another team that plays with this much heart, but I doubt it

Not NFL but once a year, it's interesting to watch a CFL game ... the Grey Cup! Almost always a barn burner at the end, guaranteed that 4th quarter is exciting and this year was no exception! Felt sorry for the local team though ..

People talk about "analytics" with Staley, but I don't think he's even taking it into consideration - he just goes for it on 4th pretty much no matter what. Cost him the game this time

Hows everyone feel about them moving 3 games?

My opinion is it's kind of dumb that other teams this year have had to play missing players but they move these games? Keep in consistent one way or the other.

^ No skin off my nose .... I like it better when the NFL games are spread out through the week instead of the majority of them on one day - Sunday.

Doesn't it depend on how many positives on a team whether they postpone or not? For example ... more than 10 positives ... or something?

Makes sense to move games if a team can't field a full roster... They didn't want to do it, but nobody knew Omicron would be a thing. It's ripping through teams that are fully vaccinated. Thankfully most players aren't getting very sick (some are) so it's not a disaster if games can be rescheduled.

Originally the rule was, if you had an outbreak caused by non vaccinated players, you'd have to forfeit. Obviously omicron made it so it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated or not, so they had to adjust.

People are getting SO MAD about this, but I don't really know if they can be reasoned with.

This was the prime time game! The earlier game was Browns vs Raiders that was moved to Monday

Definitely a rough start for the Patriots.. Colts defense was flying all game, especially my favourite non Raven, Darius Leonard. JT ran insane in the first half, and they had a blocked punt TD. Mac looked a bit lost for much of the game but also made some great plays.

A lot of people questioned taking the field goal instead of the TD there, but it's a 2 score game either way, but now it's FG+TD+2pt instead of TD+TD (or play for the tie if you're a pussy )

Now Colts are just killing the clock

Only an idiot would try to play for the tie after only being able to stop Rodgers twice all game, and the refs calling every borderline play against you. It's basically a coin flip at that.

Good troll man... Ya got me

The fact that they got within 1 play of winning it all with a backup QB and a 7th string tackle and their practice squad playing defense, GB should be embarrassed. But as usual, "everything goes their way" for certain teams, so I can't even be mad. If you're football fan or F1 fan, you just have to accept that stuff.

This is the state we were in.. 9th and 10th string players who didn't even have their names spelled right, so had to glue an "A" on there to correct it

Tom Brady is definitely the greatest QB of all time

But man when he loses, he's an embarrassment.

Yeah, Brady is a baby. He destroyed that tablet at the Bucs bench. Saints shutout of the Bucs got to TB12.

What is also embarrassing is the Detroit Lions beating the Cardinals. Huge upset win!

The Lions were leading throughout that game. The lowly Lions improve their record to 2-11. The Cardinals are looking horrible. A team that started 7-0 is now with a record of 3-4 in their last 7 games.

Arizona looks to be a wild card team with their last three games against the Colts, Cowboys, and Broncos.

Bad game clock management, and dodgy defense and offense. The Lions beat them in offence, defence, and special teams.

The Cardinals are in big trouble now.

The Browns game is on at 2:00 this afternoon if you're at home and want to watch some football.

Lions are definitely better than their record.. They should probably have 4 or 5 wins by now, not 2 and a tie.

Lots of close losses, and for instance it took the Ravens an all time long field goal following a 4th and 20 pass completion on a snap that was done after the play clock was at 0 to beat them

Snoop out with covid, Lamar ankle still injured. Ravens' 3rd stringer was signed off the practice squad a few weeks ago, so they will be starting the Jets' 4th stringer as QB tomorrow

Is it me or is it every season. Brady has some kind of Oopsies?

Last season. In 1 game. he thought it was 3rd down. It was really 4th. This season. He gets shut out in that 1 game.
Sports are very rigged

That went about as expected, considering the ONE starter DB they had on the field went out in the first quarter after a rib injury

Chicago with nothing to lose, goes for 2 pt conversion and gets it. Ruins Seahawks day. Nick Foles showing you how it's done.
