Ps3 YLOD

My little brother left it on overnight to download stuff.

In the morning it was off and everytime we turn it on the fan turns on then beeps and flashes yellow.

Is it GG time to buy new one?

dont waste your money trying to fix it...it will NEVER be a permanent fix. It may work for a little bit but it will just be a matter of time before it ylod again.
Dont waste your time or money and just a new one!

My PS3 is on almost 24/7 ...

you got 3 options man

#1 - fix it yourself (really cheap and comes in handy when it breaks down again)
#2 - get it fixed for cheap ($20-40) because it WILL break down again no matter what
#3 - buy a new one
