Its actually a guy who wants my ATV 2 but he wants it jailbroken which I can do pretty easily. He's just insistent on it being jailbroken before buying. I am just making sure I protect myself so I'm not doing something "illegal". |

As long as you don't download anything illegal and then sell it I think you should be ok. Like others have said, the actual jailbreaking process isn't legal. |
