I'm no Miss. Celo, but it's prob just a bunch of kids dressed up like zombies and the guide walk you through a route and the lunge/scare you and stuff and you just pop them. You don't sit out, that would be a ever worse use of $50.

Ya it was a let down. Originally we were supposed to go as a group of 12 but we had an extra friend who came and they charged him $95 just cause we had 13 people in our group, what a rip!! Even paying $50 something per person wasn't worth it. Do not read any further if you plan on going either way and don't want it to be spoiled but like the other poster mentioned, if you go don't have high expectations.
Spoiler!
The actual game play was too short and not enough zombies. You spend most of the time just walking in the woods than shooting zombies. I was really hoping for zombies to pop out of no where and just rush you but they don't chase or come after you, they pretty much just stand at one spot and once you spot them you just shot them and they fall down so its not very scary. There's also no way for you to be eliminated from the game so its not challenging either.
overall, for $55 bucks a person (if you go in a party of 12), it's not worth it at all, they could've done so much better with the concept, dont have high expectations going into it
but, just go to say you been there, its different
bring your own masks if you have it, their masks are nasty
I might be thinking of going...
Can you talk a bit more about the experience and what other info?
Thanks.

they should have running zombies like 28 days later and once they tag you before you get a shot off at a designated "kill spot" you become a zombie with a weapon and you can kill your squad. lol
lol after watching that video, it does look rather boring. From the looks of it some of the zombie actors arent all that great at acting haha. Its too bad you cant bring your own gun. I have a few paintball pistols id like to use.

ok here's my thoughts on it:
Spoiler!
- not enough zombies to shoot at
- more walking than shooting
- zombies are really far away and they dont chase you or anything, they just stand there for you to shoot at them, so its not even scary
- too short, it only lasted 30 mins, and with all the walking, i'd say 10 mins of actually shooting zombies
- their paintball guns suck, lack power, face masks stink of other people's sweat, fogs up very easily so you can barely see shit the whole time
- there's a guide that takes you on a route, so its not a free for all, its more like an amusement park ride

get 12 people, you dont wanna pay $95 bucks per person, its not worth that price, not even remotely close
caution: for people who drive lowered cars, i advise you to park on the street and get someone with a stock car to drive you in, the road to their facility is a gravel road with holes EVERYWHERE, its an off-road, good bye exhaust/header/front bumper

Thanks for the feedback.
I thought there was supposed to be a rescue mission or something like that..
Unless I misread or got mixed up with some other event.
Sound like there no rush, and people are walking instead of running like some survival scenario.
This doesn't sound adrenalin fulfilling now Posted via RS Mobile

That's exactly what I was thinking too. I thought it was more of a linear free for all. Not a guided tour of... walk here, shoot at that ok done.. walk over here, shoot at that.
I thoguht it was an hour too but it seems like 30 min is just prep time.
well.. In all honesty, it's starting to make more sense now.
Initially, I was thinking how much are these zombie actors getting paid
To get bombarded by paint gun shots, group after group, all day long.
Plus how much body/face Armor would they need.
All starting to make sense now. Posted via RS Mobile
if i do end up going and they dont let me wear my own mask i might back out right on the spot because fogging up is my #1 pet peave wearing any sort of goggles/mask
