REVscene Automotive Forum - FS: 2004 Nissan Murano SE AWD

For sale is a 2004 Nissan Murano SE AWD. The vehicle was purchased brand new via Pan Pacific Nissan at Richmond Automall. All paperwork available from the first day it was bought. 3 to 4 oil changes were done each year (we had Premium Service Package, so up to 4 free oils changes per year) and had never missed any single scheduled maintenance. All maintenances were done at the dealership. The car was always parked in a garage, never left outside overnight.

Upgrades from stock:

EBC® Premium brake rotors (replaced few weeks ago)
Hawk® HPS High Performance Street brake pads (replaced few weeks ago)

Pac-Audio® aux-in unit (supports 2 input devices)
Navigation map DVD updated to 2009

Accidents:

One minor accident cracked the grill
One minor rear-end accident scratched the rear bumper
Both accidents sum up to less than $2,000 and all issues had been addressed.

Recent work done:

Oil change done last week at the dealership
Both exterior and interior of the car were detailed (you can see the water beading off of the car from the photos below)

Work needs to be done:

Front lower control arm bushings need to be replaced as they are starting to crack. Parts and labor should cost less than $300 to do (considering a brand new set of control arm with bushing cost less than $100, a simple bushing should be way less than replacing the whole LCA).
