I get them too once in a while, i use a dental waterpik on low setting to flush them out. They are not too big though so they come out easy. |
I used to get these too and i also had throat infections about 4 times a year so my doc sent me to a ear & throat specialist and he suggested if I have ongoing infections I should get my tonsils removed. So I went ahead and got it done and now 2 years later I don't get any of that white shit anymore and no more throat infections and it helped my breathing also. Posted via RS Mobile |
I used to get these every month or two but haven't had them in a while... Maybe different diet? I always used to just gargle water/mouthwash and then sometimes I could spot them out, or use a dental pick (plastic) to move it out. Honestly, never knew what they were before now, always just assumed I wasn't chewing my food enough and it was getting stuck :P |
