tips on a mk4 vr6 tranny removal?:)...5spd..

looks like i have to rebuild or replace my transmission... 2000 jetta vr6 5spd... any time saving tips would be awesome, i have a hoist and a cherry picker availabe for use... anything helps this is going to be a huge learning experiance for me

not a tough job what are you looking to know? As for a place to rebuild it I use AJ's in North Van for all my trans rebuilds
