Pig saves baby goat from drowning

Probably doesnt go here but thought that this was just too AWESOME..

The video posted online yesterday shows a young goat squealing after appearing to get a hoof stuck under a rock in a pond.

Seconds later a pig comes charging into the water and pushes the goat towards the safety of the edge of the pond.

I didnt know pigs can swim... Now if only they can fly :ahwow:

I bet the guy filming the incident would've let both drown just to get the juicy footage though :suspicious:

Porschedog 09-21-2012 06:14 AM

Well at least the pig is more intelligent than the guy filming.

Pigs are as intelligent as dogs. Apparently they can make good pets.

Pigs are actually smarter than dogs. They are supposely only dumber than humans, primates, and dolphins.

But people breed pigs for pork, and train dogs for companionship or assistance.
And a dog's natural personality is more fitting to co-op with humans. So it will only seem dogs are smarter.
But yes, absolutely, pigs can make great pets... unfortunately, they make even better food... :okay:

juic·y   [joo-see] Show IPA
adjective, juic·i·er, juic·i·est.
1. full of juice; succulent: a juicy pear.
2. very profitable, appealing, interesting, satisfying, or substantive: a juicy contract; a juicy part in a movie.
3. very interesting or colorful, especially when slightly scandalous or improper: a juicy bit of gossip.

:suspicious:

Cman333 09-22-2012 10:53 AM

So the guy filming, he noticed the goat struggling in the water and he took out his camera to film it instead of helping? :rukidding:

PiuYi 09-22-2012 01:32 PM

it's at a petting zoo... don't think he was allowed to jump the fence, nor was the goat in any immediate peril

which leads me to believe it was a setup since the kid looks like it started moving towards safety anyway when the pig got near as if that's how they play

SkinnyPupp 09-23-2012 12:21 AM
