Witnessed an accident - Fraser Hwy & 96th Ave involving an Acura TL and Volvo Wagon
 

Posted it in Shitty dangerous drivers thread but I felt this deserved its own thread.

Just witnessed an accident on Fraser Highway and 96th at around 7:45am involving a lowered Acura TL with aftermarket wheels and a Volvo station wagon. Unfortunately I wasn't driving my Cobalt which has a dash cam.

The traffic light was red and I thought the intention of the Volvo driver was to cut through the shoulder but instead he clipped the TLs passenger side and the quarter panel dug into his tire. I overheard the Volvo driver claiming to have fallen asleep or something of that nature. Wasn't able to stay too long since I had to get to work but I got their license plate numbers and gave the TL driver my contact info. I'll be giving ICBC a call later today. Hope both drivers are okay.
