I live in Surrey and go to Langely Acura. Nothing but good things to say about them as well.

Langley Acura is good.

On a side note, they allowed us to do part of a shoot in their showroom. Got to use the NSX they had on display at the time, as well. :fullofwin:

Had to go Richmond Acura this time for regular maintenance, cause closer to my work and where I live and I need the car. David was the service adviser, not so bad, Karen was pretty polite as usual. Except when I got into my car turned on the car, they had the high beam on they should at least turned it off after you turned it on during tests.

I guess you can expect those minor mistakes here and there at Richmond Acura

Overall, it seems other Acura dealerships are pretty good. The only dealership needs to be avoided is RICHMOND ACURA and the worst service advisor is TERESA FUNG.

I actually tried to apply for a job there one time, nearly four months ago. I asked for the Service Manager and this lady at the service counter just told me, "He's not here, what do you want?" Pretty off-putting, but I handed her my resume and she claimed she'll give it to the manager. Not sure if she was Teresa Fung, but I was pretty sure she threw my resume to the side and it never made it to the manager's desk. Quite an apprehensive lady :pokerface:

Based on the horrible customer service that you have described, it sounds like almost 100% is Teresa Fung. For the ones who don't know who Teresa Fung is or curious how does she look like, you can click on "Service" on the link below to see her picture.

I know! The website looks like is developed by an elementary kid. Having said that, the shitty website pretty matches up with services there.

I think the biggest joke is "Customer satisfaction is our Top Priority" on their website. If anyone has bad experience with Richmond Acura or with Teresa Fung, I suggest you to fill out the survey that is from Acura Canada or just report to their customer relation because they are taking very serious on the survey.

Yes, you are correct. Honestly, I really don't like Teresa Fung because I got treated very very poorly by her services & attitude.

I have bought 3 cars from Richmond Acura, but never did any service there. Service is horrible, just that I know one of the sales so I kept going back to him. He has good services, but others, are horrible. I still remembered they looked down on me because I dress normal and seemed like I couldn't afford an ACURA. Psh.. I went straight to their GM and bought the car. No commission bitches!

All dealerships take their survery's very seriously cause the HQ reviews em and checks out the dealerships themselves as well, if they didn't get good reviews in surveys, they're sure going to have a visit from corporate Acura.

I go to Campus Acura (Victoria) and I'm pretty happy with their service. Done on time, only does what's asked for and car is parked inside for pickup. Asked for a loaner and was given a TL SH-AWD to drive around, expected a CSX.

Only downer is that they aren't open on Saturdays since they don't have a lot of business right now

No, the service manager is a white guy and his name is Martin Hebein. He is the one told me that he is upset about the low score survey and told me never bring the car back again!

I caught them charging me for a tire rotation once when they clearly did NOT rotate my tires.
I complained and got credit for the tire rotation. I was choked.

My friend brought his car to Richmond Acura for oil change last month. He mentioned that he was served by a short fat lady and her customer service is very bad, not sure is Teresa or not.... I heard there are only two female service advisors working there, the sknny one is named Linda and the fat one is named Teresa.
