I don't take transit often ... but one thing that really puts me off is the fact that all the skytrains shutdown at 1am, even on the weekends!
So you tighten up on the drinking and driving enforcement, lower the allowable alcohol percentage, promote alternative methods of getting home, then close skytrains 1 hour BEFORE 90% of the clubs finish ... brilliant!...
