Usually have my first meal at 1pm.. So itl be a vanilla protein shake, and a big post workout meal. On days that I want to have some fun, nothing wrong with a cappuccino and nutella toast

Been there twice. After you get over how colourful the restaurant and food are, and how friendly the service is, you'll realize how little value you get for the prices. A decent alternative every once in a while still.

I agree, Cora is pretty expensive for average quality breakfast food.

I need some breakfast ideas, preferably something that can be made in 15 minutes or less. I find that a simple bowl of cereal doesn't cut it for me anymore, and my breakfasts are always half-assed :okay:

1/2 - 1 cup of boiled rolled oats
Throw in your choice of fresh fruit such as, strawberries, blueberries or sliced bananas. Add some nuts such as, almonds, pecans or both! You can also add some good quality jam if you do not have fruit around the kitchen. If you have a sweet tooth for chocolate, you can even add chocolate chips to the rolled oats as they will melt very quickly due to the hot oatmeal.

This is a quick and easy way to make a good and healthy breakfast. I do it everyday except I don't always add fruit, I usually eat it plain.

You can also make granola out of rolled oats in your spare time and eat that whenever you wish with fruit and/or yogurt.

This type of meal may not be the greatest and its not for everyone as many people like larger and far more delicious meals but I thought I should mention it anyways. I hope this helps atleast a little bit.
